• Persons under the age of 18 may not purchase a raffle ticket (calendar) or win a prize.

• All winners will be posted on the official calendar raffle website daily: www.duckscalendar.org. Winners will be notified by mail following the posting with instructions on how to claim their prize.

• On January 1, the first name drawn is for $10,000, then the guns will be drawn. On December 31, the guns will be drawn then the $10,000 will be drawn.

• Each day will have multiple winners for identical guns. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays will all have 2 winners per day. Tuesdays and Saturdays will have 3 winners per day. Thursdays will have either 3 or 4 winners.

• Calendar cost is $60.00 and limited to 23,000.

• Each raffle entry constitutes an equal chance to win. All unsold raffle tickets (calendars) become the property of Ducks Unlimited.

• Each calendar consists of a raffle ticket and membership to Ducks Unlimited. Each calendar includes a $35 Ducks Unlimited Membership and a $25 raffle ticket for an equal chance at the total 900 guns, (2) $10,000 prizes, and 365 onX Elite Memberships.

• Gun descriptions are printed on the calendar each day, with an image on select days. A complete list can be found towards the back of the calendar.

• Cash, checks, and debit cards are accepted. No credit cards will be accepted. If you are paying with a check, raffle prizes will not be awarded until the check has cleared the bank. Checks returned NSF are subject to an additional fee of $20.00 and/or disqualification from the raffle.

• Random drawing will start at 9:00 am on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at Lonesome Pine near Garrison, MN. Winners need not be present to receive the prize. Winning raffle tickets will be returned to the drum after each day’s drawing, except on December 31, when the gun winners will be returned to the drum for the $10,000 drawing. After the December 31 drawings, the 365 onX Elite Memberships will be drawn. At this point, the winners will not be returned to the raffle barrel.

• No raffle prizes will be awarded until the raffle number and monies have been verified and accounted for by Ducks Unlimited.

• All firearm regulations must be met before you can receive a firearm.

• If the winner is not able to pass FFL Regulations, then the winner will receive a gift certificate for the value of DU’s cost for the gun specified for that day.

• All prize winners are responsible for any fees (shipping, FFL transfer, taxes, etc.)

• All raffle prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days after the notification is made. All unclaimed raffle prizes become the property of Ducks Unlimited.

• Weekly pictures of the guns may vary slightly from

actual gun.

• Ducks Unlimited, Inc., is a 501©(3) charity, and your contribution may be deductible for income tax purposes. $1.25 of your annual membership will be applied to your one-year subscription of Ducks Unlimited magazine and is non-deductible from your annual membership dues. Please see your tax advisor for actual deductibility.
